    Illegal content

    • Creation, distribution, storage or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. Detected incidents are reported to relevant authorities and the account is permanently closed without refund.
    • Distribution of malware, ransomware, exploit kits, spyware or any code intended to compromise a third-party system.
    • Material that promotes terrorism, organised crime or violence against an identifiable group.

    Unauthorised access and abuse

    • Unauthorised access to, scanning of, or interference with any system, network or account you do not own or operate (including but not limited to government, military, healthcare, education and critical-infrastructure systems).
    • Denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, traffic-amplification or any attack designed to disrupt the availability of a third-party service.
    • Operation of botnets, click-fraud farms, fake-engagement services or other automated abuse infrastructure.
    • Bypassing CAPTCHAs or other anti-abuse mechanisms in order to commit any of the activities prohibited by this policy.

    Privacy violations

    • Bulk collection of personally identifiable information without a lawful basis under applicable data-protection law.
    • Stalking, doxxing, harassment, or any sustained activity intended to intimidate an identifiable person.
    • Resale or further dissemination of personal data obtained through ProxyGenio.

Illegal gambling and other regulated activity

    • Use that enables illegal gambling or sports-betting platforms, including access to such platforms from jurisdictions where they are not licensed.
    • Sale of regulated goods or services in violation of applicable law (controlled substances, prescription drugs, weapons, tobacco to minors, etc.).

    Email and messaging abuse

    • Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS, harvesting email addresses, or operating any service that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, EU PECR or analogous regulations.
    • Operating relays for spam-as-a-service networks.

    2. Compliance with applicable law

You must use ProxyGenio only for activities that are lawful in (a) the jurisdiction from which you operate, (b) the jurisdiction in which the target service is hosted and (c) any other jurisdiction whose laws apply to your activity. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your intended use.

    3. Enforcement

ProxyGenio operates automated and manual abuse-detection systems. Suspected violations of this policy may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

    • Temporary or permanent suspension of the affected account.
    • Termination of the account with forfeiture of remaining credits.
    • Cooperation with payment processors, registrars and acquirer banks investigating the violation.
    • Disclosure of account information to law-enforcement agencies in response to a valid legal request.

Egregious violations (CSAM, fraud rings, terrorist financing) are reported proactively to the competent authorities and the appropriate national reporting hotline (NCMEC in the United States and the IWF in the United Kingdom for child-exploitation material).

    4. Reporting abuse

If you believe ProxyGenio has been used to engage in any prohibited activity, please write to abuse@proxygen.io with as much detail as possible (date, time, source IP, target URL, and any supporting evidence). We acknowledge every report and act on confirmed violations within one business day.

    5. Cooperation with law enforcement

ProxyGenio cooperates with valid legal process from competent authorities. We will not disclose customer data without a lawful basis, but we will not shield illegal conduct from investigation. Requests can be sent to legal@proxygen.io.

    6. Updates

This policy is updated as the threat landscape evolves. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard. Continued use of ProxyGenio after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
