ProxyGen FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about ProxyGen residential, mobile, static ISP and datacenter proxies — pricing, sessions, compliance and success rates.

Frequently asked questions

Are residential proxies legal?

Yes, in most jurisdictions. ProxyGen requires every customer to comply with the laws of the country they target, our acceptable-use policy, and the destination site's terms. Abuse is grounds for immediate suspension.

How does pricing work?

Pay-as-you-go bandwidth packages starting at $1.19/GB with sticky sessions and instant setup. You pick a package size and the bandwidth is yours to use across 195+ countries, with no subscription and no expiry.

Do I get sticky sessions?

Yes. Choose rotating IPs (a new exit per request) or sticky sessions of up to 90 minutes by adding -sessid- and -sesstime- modifiers to your username.

What is the success rate?

We target 99%+ success on residential and ISP, depending on the destination and country. Live status is published on our status page.
